Contacting with the allergen for the first time, our body reacts to the allergen. Getting in to the   bodyfor a second time, our organism - produces antibodies that stick to the allergens and brings them out of the body. Allergy outcome may vary and it could be different from rash to anaphylactic shock.

Mites and allergies
We are so used to the dust, that we perceive it as a part of our home decor. Although it is unpleasant, it seems completely harmless to us. But this is only to the naked eye! This thin layer that covers our entire home consists of cellulose fibers, dead skin cells, mold spores, waste products of various insects and billions of tiny living mites that feast with this nutritional cocktail.

A coexistence with no favour!!!
Biologically speaking, mites are a saprophyte - an organism that feeds on decaying matter, in this case, of dead epidermal cells, each of us excrete all the time. This inexhaustible cornucopia in combination with comfortable indoor temperature (about 20-25 C) and high humidity (70-80%) make our home a paradise for these tiny arachnids. Their favorite places are mattresses, bedding and blankets, carpets and toys, with one word -textile.
Mites do not bite humans nor are carriers of infection. But that does not mean they are safe for humans! Their feces contain enzymes that cause different allergic reactions - asthma, conjunctivitis, dermatitis and rhinitis. Therefore, maintaining low populations of mites is necessary for the health of our family. Unfortunately,   getting rid of them completely is impossible!!!
Allergens are substances that cause allergies. These may be proteins, complex compounds of different origin, such as polysaccharides, simple chemicals and some chemical elements. Allergens are divided into two groups - "allergens that fall outside of the body" and "formed in the organism."

The most complex composition is dust mite allergen, as it enters microscopic particles from clothing and other fabrics, fungi, insect fragments, etc. These allergens commonly cause allergic respiratory diseases - allergies from dust mites.

Domestic mites found in the house dust are the most common causes of allergies. This dust can be a home of more than 50 different kinds of mites.
In one gram dust, mites could be thousands!
