We are so used to the dust, that we perceive it as a part of our home decor. Although it is unpleasant, it seems completely harmless to us. But this is only to the naked eye! This thin layer that covers our entire home consists of cellulose fibers, dead skin cells, mold spores, waste products of various insects and billions of tiny living mites that feast with this nutritional cocktail.

A coexistence with no favour!!!
Biologically speaking, mites are a saprophyte - an organism that feeds on decaying matter, in this case, of dead epidermal cells, each of us excrete all the time. This inexhaustible cornucopia in combination with comfortable indoor temperature (about 20-25 ° C) and high humidity (70-80%) make our home a paradise for these tiny arachnids. Their favorite places are mattresses, bedding and blankets, carpets and toys, with one word -textile.
Mites do not bite humans nor are carriers of infection. But that does not mean they are safe for humans! Their feces contain enzymes that cause different allergic reactions - asthma, conjunctivitis, dermatitis and rhinitis. Therefore, maintaining low populations of mites is necessary for the health of our family. Unfortunately, getting rid of them completely is impossible!!!
Domestic mites found in the house dust are the most common causes of allergies. This dust can be a home of more than 50 different kinds of mites.
